Gently spiced, flavoured with nigella and brown onion pickle for those who may have the privilege of knowning this very famous Prostodontist/Orthodontist, the pickle was created to match his character as described. Bold in character, loud in its composition, broad in its time consumption to prepare, gentle in its spicing & slick form just that little bit of extra oil needed to tame the beast in the aubergine.
Flavoured with nigella and browned onion this is a hugely succesful pickle.
